I know why people drive to a whole different city then order from here. The girls literally tell the customers that they purposefully make all the drinks nasty so people dont come back that way they get paid to do nothing all day. Its sad. My $9 coffee is disgusting & they refuse to give you your money back. There's no point in having them remake it bc it only gets worse.. Dont Go Here!!!! Better Off Goinv To Springfield... Staff was rude. Food was wrong and wasn’t cooked. When brought to their attention, staff was dismissive and acted as though it was “normal” for the sandwich to be cold because their cheese comes in frozen. Staff was not going to remake my -still cold- sandwich until I insisted that they do. Our “quick” drive thru stop ended up taking us 30 minutes even though there were no other customers in the store. 10/10 would NOT recommend.
I never leave reviews like this but something needs to be done. Don’t have the option to pick order up in lobby if lobby is shut down. Service here is hardly ever good. Don’t understand why it’s so hard for these people to just be kind. Manager is rude and needs to work on customer service skills.
Very polite staff, clean restrooms, excellent food, perfect Oreo matcha! Overall one of the better Dunkin Donuts I've been to (and I've been all over the US by now).
I love the Butter Pecan iced coffee = 5 ⭐️! I dislike the policy of only one order in the drive thru per vehicle = 1 ⭐️! Those ratings is why I chose to leave a 3 ⭐️ review. I could understand the one order in the drive thru per vehicle if there were multiple vehicles. However, today, it was only my vehicle and they absolutely wouldn’t allow me to place a 2nd order. I even got to the window, paid, and picked up my order with no other vehicles coming in behind me. 🤦🏻♀️
