This location can never get your order correct. I ordered a coffee, hash brown and a doughnut and they couldn’t even get my order Right. I had to circle the drive-through three times and then when I voiced my concerns to the manager, she just wanted to say they’re going through staff changes. But the girl taking the order giving out the food has been working there for a while. There’s always excuses and never anything being done. I wouldn’t recommend This Dunkin’ Donuts to anybody.
Just awful every time
This Dunkin genuinely sucks. It takes at least eight or so minutes to get one drink when there’s no one else in line or in the store, and even then the order is never right. On multiple occasions I’ve been given the wrong size, on multiple occasions they’ve forgot to add caramel syrup, and once they even forgot to add the coffee to my LATTE. Worst. Dunkin. Ever.
