20 minutes in the drive thru. I come here almost every day and it is almost every other day that they mess up my coffee. No cream when I asked for it, sugar when I ask for Splenda, no Splenda when I ask for it, flavored syrup when I didnt ask for it. Its ridiculous. If you can't keep up with a fast pace environment, don't work in a fast pace environment. Its coffee not rocket science. Geesh.
