I am from upstate New York and I live in Kirksville we don’t have a Dunkin where I live soo I drove to this Dunkin to get ice coffee plus I am out here working for sevicemaster by Lewellen’s it just member me from my hometown we have a lot Dunkin’ Donuts in upstate New York where I from. This Dunkin member me my little hometown back in upstate New York. They are super nice people here.
GREAT DONUTS
waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes for a coffee that was completely wrong. when i went inside to tell them, the lady walked away in the middle of me speaking. when she came back she slammed the coffee on the counter in front of me and walked away. the coffee was still incorrect. she only spoke to tell me my order total. no “have a nice day” no “im sorry it was wrong, let me fix it” she didn’t even smile. she was rude and got annoyed when i was only trying to get the correct order. will not be returning here again. you g... read more
