Girl took my order and then i waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes and saw no one inside.
Forcing customers (who may NOT be tech savvy) to use the kiosk, while standing behind the counter doing nothing, is NOT a good look for Dunks...
It’s 7:25 and this Dunkin’ doesn’t close until 8PM and we were told they couldn’t make us any food because they’re “in the process of closing up for the night.” Thank you :)
Great customer service by every one
On the slower side for service but I won't complain because the order is right 90% of the time.
