There is a handwitten sign on the counter, saying to use the kiosk. After fidgeting with it (if you want two muffins, they have to be the same; it took me a few tries to figure out that I wanted 1 muffin and another 1 muffin), there is no way to use cash. I shouted to a woman behind the counter, and she said to order at the counter for cash. Signage said nothing about that. Once she started helping me, all was well. She was SPECTACULAR.
The girl with the nose ring was very rude and would not serve me and my daughter a box of joe at 545pm told me that I needed to per order in advance. There was 3+ employees and no one in the store. So very rude we left and went to Aroma Joe's and got a jug of joe there with no problems the staff at Aroma Joe's was super nice and took wonderful care of us. Don't go to dunkin the coffee sucks anyway!
Even though repeatedly telling folks here that the mobile app only offers a decaf latte here and not regular, nobody fixes the site. You have to order a latte in the store. Also, this morning my husband paid for two glazed donuts, but arrived home and the bag had only one glazed. This particular location repeatedly disappoints.
My friends and I stopped here for breakfast and one of the sandwiches were burnt and still served to us. I also got an everything bagel with cream cheese and the put an unnecessary amount of cream cheese on there.
