Exceeding slow and inept service. Substitutions without telling you and a laizze faire staff and management attitude about tending to the customer. Save yourself the aggravation and go to another store.
Service is ok. Depends on the time of day. They get rid of food early, night crew if they feel like making it is generally bare minimum or made wrong. For example bought a $5+ breakfast sandwich and got 1 pc of bacon. Croissant and bacon both not heated. Gad the egg was.
Girl took my order and then i waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes and saw no one inside.
Forcing customers (who may NOT be tech savvy) to use the kiosk, while standing behind the counter doing nothing, is NOT a good look for Dunks...
