Ask to guy in the counter if they had donuts, he just said no, i am like ok are you gonna make more he said no,, its 3 hours before they close come on👎🏻
I went in at 7:10 ready to order. Three people were working at the time after I said good morning to the gentleman he replied then left the service area. The two ladies offered no assistance as I waited. One of the ladies kept her back towards me ignoring me and the lady at the empty drive thru ignored me as well. After about 10 minutes I left and went to Krispy Kreme snd Starbucks in Lexington. Krispy Kreme was the better choice this morning given the fact the staff at Dunkin Donuts was not unable to serve customers.
Very similar to many of the reviews that have already been left. Don’t use the app and pay in advance. You may be stuck in an endless drive-thru line (like I am right now) making the choice to sacrifice your money or drive away.
This location is terrible. Order wrong, food cold and disgusting. Do yourself a favor and hit up ANYWHERE else that sells breakfast in Ballentine.
