The staff that was there before June had made me some of the best coffees. Every coffee was made perfectly but now with the new staff i have gotten two terrible coffees in a row. Will be not be returning.
you've got a 50/50 shot of getting what you ordered. day after day I get someone else's coffee, or a coffee just made wrong or missing ingredients requested. also, the speaker in the drive thru is a whisper more often than not, and I am guessing its both ways since I often get asked what I just ordered seconds later at the window.
Worst Dunkin in Mass, always managed to make my coffee wrong even when ordering with the app
