It doesn’t matter if I order mobile, at the counter, drive thru, this Dunkin is by far the worst I’ve ever been to. Service is incredibly slow. You can tell the workers are extremely unorganized. No one seems to be leading. If you go in to order at the counter have fun being ignored for 5+ minutes while they run around like crazy barely being able to handle drive thru orders. Absolutely the worst dunkins I’ve ever been to.. and that spans 25 years. They literally cannot hire a single competent worker. My bagel is always microwaved instead of toasted? Which makes it essentially rubber. It’s horrific. They can’t make a decent coffee. They can’t take an order. They can’t do math. It’s all bad. I drive to upton to avoid this s***hole.
