We waited 30 minutes for cold coffee. Three workers came asking what we ordered. I asked for refund for the coffee. Wasting of time so organized and never rexeived reciept
Worst experience I’ve ever seen, placed an online order with ample time and still had to wait when I arrived.. wish I can rate their food service but would’ve been late to work had I waited..
I don't know what happened at this location, it seems like most of the workers don't want to be there. The newer drinks aren't made correct most of the time. I've had an employee throw a receipt at me one time after asking for it but after a while she must have left, I let it go and tried giving this place several chances now it seems I have to start looking for a new coffee spot I really wanted to run with Dunkin' 🥲. I come to this location often but today i overheard the workers complaining about the kind of drink i got & what i wanted added to it & laughed while the drive thru window was wide open that's so unprofessional to me & it's weird just make my drink so I can go about my day I'm glad 7Brew will be opening soon so I won't have to come here anymore.
Charged for a large but only got a medium …Usually have no issues but it’s like the last couple of times my coffee has been just not good … werid after taste not sure what going on,
