Went through drive-through. I ordered 2 hot coffees and received 2 hot coffees. I was in a hurry for work, so I just got one fixed because it was not mine. On the good side, it tasted really good, lol
Everything about it sucks
I used to work here. & this is how they serve the donuts. Any donuts with glaze on it has gnats on them. They are extremely dirty. And extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I wouldnt waste my money here or my time coming at all.
All locations in Waco are poorly managed. This is a disappointment as so many Dunkin donut locations have a great reputation. The staff is always changing, which is a reflection on the OWNER and management. I have noticed there is never a line anymore due to the inconsistency of accuracy, availability, and atmosphere. Do not recommend unless you just want throw your order and money away.
