Today I went threw the drive threw because I had recieved a giftcard for dunkin for christmas. I grew up on dunkin donuts Hot Chai Tea's so when I saw an Iceed Chai I ordered it. And that was a mistake, it was 98% Milk & Ice & 2% Chai flavoring, a Chai Flavored Milk if you will.. it was so overly milky that I literally felt like I was drinking a glass of milk with ice.. Definitely one of my fave Dunkin’s in the area and I tend to hit them all! Mia and the team are always friendly and fast with my order!
My wife stops at this Dunkin’ every single morning before work, and they never disappoint. Today the drive-thru line was longer than usual, so she went inside for a mobile pickup. Alvin went above and beyond — he fast-tracked her order and had everything ready in no time. Great customer service, friendly staff, and consistent quality every day.
