I genuinely have not met a dunkin more incapable of getting an order right. Every single time without fail something in my order is wrong. I ordered a sweet tea and a grilled cheese WITH bacon which costed me $1.40 EXTRA. They failed to put the bacon onto my sandwich. I will attach the receipt and the picture of the sandwich (if it lets me). For note, whenever I go in it’s never a crazy long order. 3 items at most.
This Dunkin' location is my absolute favorite because of its consistently friendly and professional staff, who always greet me warmly and ensure my orders are accurate. My drinks are never disappointing; | always rate them a perfect 10 out of 10, appreciating their quality and consistency.
