It was 6:30 pm on a Saturday. The front door was locked. Online it said they were open until 7:00.
Ordered 5 drinks, chick had an attitude the entire time I was ordering. Kept asking is that it, is that it, is that it, is that it? I finally said yea thats it. I can understand working at dunkin sucks (having worked there for 4 years myself managing) but I never got snippy with a customer just for the hell of it. No matter how bad my day was. The job isn't even that hard. No one else was even in line, and it wasn't turnover time either. SMH. That girl needed an attitude adjustment.
The donuts were mediocre, average abnormal in size and definitely old.. we have ordered before from miss Trudy's location and it was much better, always fresh, always on point. We really need money back and replacement, but the phone doesn't work. And it keeps saying it's out of order. So exactly how do we resolve this issue?
Everytime I try to order something from here they are always out and the food is overpriced for what you get
