I usually have no problem at this DD , it’s one of my favorite spots to go to before work. Lately I’ve noticed the customer service is slipping. Very rare occasions now you will get a smile today not I felt like the young lady at the window was not happy to be there. Maybe it’s a bad morning I get it but the rudeness is something else. I’m not good with spending money even if it’s $8 dollars somewhere where I feel like I’m bothering you. I pass two to come to this one after today I think I’ll just go to the other one.
I dont know why this Dunkin is 3 stars, everytime I come here my order is correct, drinks are perfect, and service is great. Its hands down the best dunkin I have been to in Hampton Roads, I'd say the next best one would be in Virginia Beach.
