Slowest dinkin I have ever been to service is extremely slow
Waited in the drive thru line for forever - two cars behind us ended up getting out of line and leaving because it took so long. We got a hot chocolate & 1 donut - the hot chocolate had not even been mixed properly - you could see the powder mix floating at the top of the drink. The donut was hard and looked like it had been sitting out for days. Go to Britton coffee instead for a much better experience
Idk what is going on, but the last two days my orders have been wrong... never had issues like this before at this location
Ordered a Dunkalatte got a regular coffee instead. Feel bamboozled for spending money for a premium beverage and getting regular instead. It feels like I was conned. Never again!
My mom came into this dunkin yesterday morning. Said she was ignored for 15-20m, the lobby had piled furniture in the middle and taped off (No one working on it), dirty and dusty atmosphere, and ALL she ordered was a dozen donuts. People in the back were pacing or on their phones, someone with red hair wasn’t being pleasant, one girl kept wiping up the same spot on the counter instead of helping, and another girl doing the job of three people. The only time she got service was when another worker Jake came in.
