THE RUDEST EMPLOYEE with whom I have ever interacted! I no longer go to this restaurant because of the poor service and rude employee!!!
This location is notoriously slow. You can guarantee you will sit in the drive through for 15-20 minutes before someone even comes on the speaker. The staff is nice and the food is fine but the service is always terrible. I am not sure if it is a management issue and/or short staff. Either way the service needs to be improved. American Runs on Dunkin, but not at this location. You won’t be running anywhere.
