I think the excuse of being busy can be misused for disorganized especially when everyone is just floating around trying to find something to do. Why would you just realize that people still sitting in the lobby still haven't gotten their food, for who knows how long, and start on another order. I remember when this place used to be better when it first opened but not following proper protocol on basic food handling amazes me. I only had a coffee, ordered online.... nobody greeted or thanked me but I'm a fan of the coffee
Friendly server but the food absolutely SUCKED! Food was bland tasting as if they left something out for flavor. Iced coffee wasn't made as I asked and they must have used real sugar when I specifically asked for sugar substitute. "I'M A DIABETIC"!! They also used Hazelnut cream instead of Vanilla as I asked. I'm originally from New England so Dunkin is in my blood. The folks working at this location were the nicest I've ever met. Really cheerful the minute we walked in. The coffee and food was Dunkin' standard and the place was clean.
