Not sure what's going on with this Dunkins. 2 years ago it was my favorite, they always got orders right, the staff was pleasant, the store was clean. Now Im lucky if they get my order right, the staff on occasion has been rude about me mentioning my order is wrong, and when I went into the store it was visibly dirty. Management take notice customers are noticing the downward spiral! Updated to even lower because they are always out of everything!
I know it's not the employees because they are new every week. No matter what day or time I have stopped in, they are out of most products. Could be donuts, bagels, etc. by 11am, decaf by noon. Hopefully you like more then one type of milk , because almond, oat, etc. are usually an issue. I like it best when they take my order, wait until I get to the window, and then tells me they are sorry but they don't have this or that and then I have to change my order, wait longer, and hold up a line. Went in before work at 6:30. Was told they did not have what was needed for my drink. This was fine I was ok with making it normal. I was handed my food (a muffin) and told “here’s your muffin” got to work just to find out I was given 3 munchkins instead. Tried to go back in for a refund for what I was not given and told “we can’t give refunds with no manager” I asked for a manager and was told they had no one there.
