Worst run Dunkin franchise I've ever been to. Wait times at the drive through are consistently appalling, even for an order as simple as a single $5 Meal Deal. Today's experience really takes the cake though. As I write this, I have spent 19 minutes in their drive-thru waiting to pick up a mobile order. At 11:20 in the morning they were completely out of wake up wraps and croissants. Gave cold raw eggs
God bless the girl who was making the coffee today because she was the ONLY one who cared about doing things right and bless her heart she was really trying. There was a little blonde girl taking orders and for both of my coffees she put in the wrong thing and then had the nerve to say to her friend “whatever man they taste the same.” Firstly, no they don’t.
