I visit many Dunkins regularly. Clearlake Rd is by far the slowest. No matter what time of day I go it takes a very long time. In most cases the order is always wrong.

The management here is does not care about your experience at all. Waited 18 mins for mobile order, after niece waiting nearly 10mins at counter. Food sat on counter, cold by the time I received my drink. I mentioned the food being cold and asked the "manager" as she walked away not caring if they had a microwave. She continued walking away and said we dont have microwaves. I said well can we remake, she ignored me. Then I asked the other employee and she said what did you have. for the most part they’re one of the best locations that make my coffee right. nice morning staff. i definitely recommend butter pecan iced dunkalatte. definitely better than starbucks!
I had to take my 2 star review away, as last couple of years this place has been great and been the best dunkin around. Very consistent
