Service was slow but staff was friendly and apologetic. My wrap was very good but I suspect that the donut wasn't fresh
I was charged $2 for a cup of ice . Except it wasn’t for ice, it was for water. They don’t have a button to charge for ice yet charged me for something I didn’t receive then tried to justify it. I go to Dunkin all the time and never had this issue. It’s not about the money, it’s about the discrimination and the bias practices of racial micro aggression. I refuse to be a victim !!!! The manager Kaitlynn had all the black workers working but the white girls were standing around.
I am a daily regular at this Dunkin. I go so much you see how other associates get treated. Victoria needs a raise she is always fast and on point with great customer service. Nobody ever stops to try in help her their in their own world.
