Atmosphere: very loud and unpleasant. As a dunkin drinker of years if you don’t want a bunch of children screaming and messing up your coffee go to Starbucks.
this dunkin will literally ALWAYS give you old everything. hashbrowns? cold. bacon? old and greasy and wet. crossiant? not toasted. they also gave me an old drink that’s been sitting out with ice melting in it. i ordered strawberry dragonfruit with LEMONADE not green tea. I can taste the green tea in here yall aren’t slick giving me some old stuff
i literally cannot stress this enough how many times i order a SAUSAGE with WHITE CHEDDAR wrap and it either comes out with bacon or yellow cheese. like you literally have one job i get it you get busy and all but PAY attention to the order, don’t just assume it’s going to be the same cheese everytime or because of the current 6 dollar meal i’ll get two of the same wraps? I got one seasoned bacon and one sausage wrap with white cheddar like cmon its every single time i get a wrap
Forgive me if I spell your name wrong, but Amanie? Is one of the nicest friendliest staff I’ve met at this location!!! a year ago I would not have considered coming here based off the staff and how often they got my order wrong… but today she turned all around with her beautiful personality and knowledge of the Dunkin drinks. So for that, I will be back as long as she’s working there!!! Definitely a great way to start a Monday morning :)
This place really is a hit or miss, I’ve been going to this Dunkin for 4 years ! Today I had a terrible experience. So they didn’t put bacon in my extra dollar specialty sandwich and so I went back (wasting gass in this economy!) I let them know via drive thru that they didn’t put the bacon in it and the man managing the drive thru says “I definitely did but I’ll put it again” and the proceeds to go “here’s your bacon again “ why am I driving back if there was already bacon in my sandwich?
