I went through the drive thru. Everything was fine until the employee at the window and kept wiping his nose with his hand! Then took the same hand to hand me back my card! Future reference, you might want to wear gloves, use hand sanitizer. DISGUSTING!
I am primarily a drive-through customer of this location, and I visit them in the mornings after I drop the kids off at school. I can’t really speak for anybody else, but what I have experienced is that the people at this Dunkin’ Donuts kick major a** and plow through lines of cars like they were born to do it. I often spend less time at the pay/pickup window than I do actually ordering, which says something about how well-oiled their processes are.
