Never going back again Been to a few dunkin spots but this one by far was the worst Stale donuts, bad Service .......,
So I was just there maybe less than an hour ago and I ordered a strawberry banana Refresher I pulled out of the drive-thru because I trusted the people inside had made the right order and I was already pulled away and I took a drink of my drink and it turns out it's the wrong drink this is not the first time that the people inside have messed up my drink or my husband's drink and they don't even put the label on it and they've been serving the end of the pot on the coffee I'm starting to not want to come to this Duncan and m... read more
Jasmine was the sweetest person. I made a mistake yesterday & placed an order at the wrong location. I called and was told by Raylene to come in who was also very helpful, and jasmine was so attentive and has such a wonderful attitude. I was so pleased I even purchased my own Dunkin 24oz cup. 100/100 Recommend!
I punched my order in and was out the door with my donuts in under 5 minutes. Outstanding service!
