This is my favorite location. Never have a bad coffee, drive thru crew is usually upbeat and friendly. I had put a wrong order and their team was really helpful in getting it corrected.
8/17/25 - While I empathize with short staffing, locking over two dozen patrons inside is not how to handle that situation. They suddenly announced to everyone inside that they'd be locking us all in due to short staffing, and we could ask to leave to get the door unlocked. I walked out with half my order. This is against fire codes, safety, security, etc. it was WILD. Leaving a few donuts there was the least of my worries when I left. Hopefully this review reaches the right people to make sure this doesn't happen again.
The staff inside made the wrong order but didn't make a new one even though I told them to and insulted me and spoke badly.
Didn't have what we ordered but no one told us that until we finally asked after waiting. Seemed bothered that we wanted a refund for what they were not able to supply. Bad customer service and it was the manager that was helping us bc she was the one doing an interview when we first arrived.
I'm writing this as I sit in the drive thru...because I've been here for 40 minutes now and quite frankly im angry... This is the worst dunks by far in the area. There were maybe 5 cars in the drive thru when I arrived. In NO WAY should this have taken this long
