Friendly staff and fast service and clean store.
Honestly, one of the most frustrating Dunkin experiences I’ve had. Hannah took an absurdly long time to make a single bagel, and the whole process felt unnecessarily slow. I understand that orders can take time, but this was ridiculous for such a simple item. The lack of urgency and poor work ethic made the experience extremely disappointing. Hopefully management can address the service issues at this location. Simple mistakes like not adding cold foam on top of a drink. This needs to be addressed ASAP.
It doesnt hurt to have a smile when in customer service. 3 drinks $25.00 wow.
