i’ve gone in 3 times. all 3 times they were out of donuts. this last time i came though, gloria was working completely alone. you can clearly see the general manager walking behind the counter with no headset on, not helping her. it took me over 15 minutes to get 10 munchkins for my kids because she was doing lobby, drive thru, drinks, donuts, and sandwiches by herself. disgusting way to treat an employee.
Came on Sunday morning 10/5 and team was hustling. So friendly despite being incredibly busy. Nice job!
Not good. Went in, ordered an iced tea. Got told they didn’t have iced tea that is black only green tea. I pointed to the handles that literally say ice tea. The other lady in there argued that they didn’t carry iced tea except green. Then she’s like “oh I didn’t know we had that” Then I ordered a medium iced latte. He put green tea in my cup . Worst Dunkin to exist, this place needs to be shut down. I have been to this location 3 times now and every single time something has either been missing or wrong on my order. First time I went, I got a matcha that drink had 60% foam and 40% powder mixed with milk which was a horrible taste. Second time, I ordered 6 food items and all of them were forgotten about until I went back up to the counter after 4 other people had gotten their food that ordered after me.
