Worst Dunkin’ experience ever. Very long wait, they were out of literally everything we asked for and didn’t think to tell us until after we had already paid. Then we had to settle for their substitutes which were cheaper than what we had originally ordered. We essentially got ripped off and had to deal with what they gave us. Would not advise you eat here.
didn't get my order right, they say they don't have hot decaf, didn't give me my donuts, got all my drinks wrong, they are idiots and can't get anything right.
Ordered a coffee through the online app, get to the building and it's closed. Their hours said they were open at 6am, this was 6:22. Lights off, door locked, and a baking tray covering the drive through window. Tried calling the phone number and it was disconnected. As the dunkin donuts app believed this location as open, I was still charged for an item I could not receive. I reported it immediately through the dunkin donuts app, and had to report it to my bank to dispute the charge as the app was unhelpful in requesting ref... read more
