Worst Dunkin to exist, this place needs to be shut down. I have been to this location 3 times now and every single time something has either been missing or wrong on my order. First time I went, I got a matcha that drink had 60% foam and 40% powder mixed with milk which was a horrible taste. Second time, I ordered 6 food items and all of them were forgotten about until I went back up to the counter after 4 other people had gotten their food that ordered after me. It's interesting to hear the ladies working here talking about their sex lives within customer earshot, including such topics as pregnancy as a result of their husband not wanting to use the withdrawal method. Not to mention being told "I'll be with you in a moment," so she can check her phone and send a text message or check Snapchat or...whatever.
