Worst Dunkin in Manchester. Took 20 minutes to get 3 drinks
I’m not too sure why this location is so bad!! It could be such a good Dunkin. It’s right on a main road and the mornings are full of school kids and people on their way to work. But NOPE. The staff are rude, the wait time is alwayssssssss 15+ minutes and the orders are NEVER correct. And the coffee always tastes horrible. I go every so often to try and give it another chance but I’m always reminded why I don’t go to that specific location. It’s baddddddddd. Don’t even waste your money
I mobile ordered a medium shakin’ espresso that was 99% ice, wasn’t filled the the brim with my drink, and took all of three sips to finish. I regret not asking them to remake my entire drink with less ice. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to this Dunkin again
The line was into street 30 min and still not waited on we left
Very disappointed in this location. Looks great and well lit. Terrible service. Asked for a simple coffee order and 5 munchkins. Person at the register seemed confused by my order and I realized I should have been worried. Coffee was not correct and only got 4 munchkins. Not sure how you mess up 4 for 5 but they knocked that out of the park. Will not come to this location again.
