Absolutely hilarious. Probably the worst run Dunkin in all of CT 🤣🤣🤣🤣 they got the one guy who has apparently never had human interaction before trying to take orders and use a register which I assume he thought was some kind of NASA supercomputer based on the way he was struggling with it. I’m surprised this place still gets any volume of business when a simple coffee and 2 donuts takes 20 minutes to be made and handed to you.
This is actually the worst Dunkin on the planet. Prepare to wait 20 minutes for a drink or get the wrong thing. Every time. I only go here if I'm desperate.
This place seems like it is the local homeless hangout ... The people working behind the counter had no ambition to help the customers the gazebo was littered with garbage and the sandwich I got was only mediocre There was a person cleaning while orders were backed up - Unfortunately the staff just lacked professionalism. In a world where there is a dunkins on every corner drive a mile I'm sure you will find better service elsewhere

The attitude that the associates have at this location is REAL. Heaven forbid you point out a mistake in the order, they'll put you on trial to try to prove you wrong 😳 Also! Dont interrupt their gossip time to place an order, you'll get a quick roll of the eyes. Very uncomfortable experience. HIRE PEOPLE WHO ARE GRATEFUL FOR EMPLOYMENT
