It’s not busy and it takes them over 10 minutes to take your order at the drive through. There’s no line inside.

People are rude having their own personal conversations while working, so not getting the orders right. Waited a while for a sausage, egg and cheese croissant that was burned, very disappointed
Bad, treats people like garbage just because she heard me speak Spanish, she treated me like garbage, I had braids and the diets on the outside
Not enough help, service is slow as a result Time consuming drive thru orders should be directed inside instead. I sat on the same spot today for 9 minutes based on 2 time consuming orders. 3 cars ahead of me also left the line when they got to the mic. During peak times if staffing is low management/owners need to be in the locations.
