I've been going to this location for years despite poor past experiences. I ordered a hot coffee. It was luke warm. I asked the girl if she would heat it up. She replied "No". Rude and unprofessional. Poor customer service from this location again. Won't return to this location again.
I’m a nurse across the street and I come in here frequently and the last couple times it’s been a horrendous smell and it’s very bad I went to the bathroom to see and it wasn’t that then one day this light girl was VERY rude I told her my sandwich was not right she snatched the bag and told the other worker that she wasn’t remaking it like this is not how you treat someone that comes in and spend there hard work money and the manager was to busy yelling at her employee about I don’t know what but this was a very hostile envi... read more
