Waited in drive through line behind 4 cars for an hour. Ridiculous!!!
Girls walking around on their personal phone complaining about being to busy to take any orders. One only actually working on a broken hot chocolate machine. The others can’t work proficiently due to complaining that someone else did something wrong.
Drive thru line is always super slow, this is getting ridiculous. Definitely takes the "fast" out of fast food.
