Terrible experience two days in a row. Yesterday no employees wanted to help the guest and I was told I could only order by the kiosk. Today went about 10-15 mins from closing time and they had doors locked and when trying to go through drive thru I was told they only have donuts due to being closed they couldn’t make a iced coffee.
The food always hits the spot. Love ordering coffee from here.
I’m not usually someone to leave a review but today I received some of the biggest back lash from the on shift manager for their staff messing up one of our drinks, twice. The attitude that was given to not only us but also the two lovely ladies in front of us has me questioning how she even became a manager in the first place. We ordered a hot Carmel latte with whipped cream.
