The staff was very rude. I returned my order and the manager came over to do refund and she was even nastier than the woman at the window. I will never visit this location again
They are slow. Do pre orders in morning and they are slow. Still have to wait when I get there
For such high volume of customers they really cheap out on their black coffee brew. Always very watery. Asking for "Less ice" means the cup will still be 3/4ths filled with ice. Garbage.
