This was my main Dunkin until they started not reading labels and bluntly putting regular coffee in cold brew and trying to say they didn’t while the customers are standing directly in front of them The whole time and then when you ask them to remake it cause you watch them put regular coffee in the cold brew they make you wait 10+ minutes
The workers are very considered and polite, the place is very easy in and out, 15 designated car parking, have 7 clean tables, wifi, can seat relax refrash then continue to your destinations, corner of 211 st and buzy jamaica ave Quees village.
I just picked up my to-go order from doordash and I dealt with the most sour customer service representative for this establishment that I have ever seen. She was an older woman in her late 50s or 60s with blonde hair and glasses and all the personality of an angry wet Rock.
