DO NOT GO HERE. They will take your payment and ask you to pull up to the second window and then forget about you there. This has happened to me 3 times and each time they have to ask me what I ordered again. I drink black iced coffee... Love Dunkin donuts but not this one.
Not impressed. We asked the women taking our order for one second since we didn’t know what we wanted because we never go to Dunkin…this is probably why lol, & the lady taking our order says “your one second is up”. Didn’t get straws was double charge for an order of the ham & Swiss sliders. We only wanted one order, and my medium $6 drink wasn’t even filled all the way up. Ask for the restroom key
I ordered a hot coffee, but they gave me a cold one—probably from last night—and didn’t even bother microwaving it before handing it to me. When I went inside to complain, the manager was incredibly rude. She put her hand in my face and started laughing with her coworkers as if my complaint was a joke. She even admitted to giving me old coffee because they were “busy.” So, according to this place, it’s acceptable to serve stale coffee and be disrespectful to customers as long as they’re busy?
