The quality of the food has went down unfortunately. Dunkin’ used to be my favorite and would frequent daily on my way to work but after so many inconsistencies I gave up and started going to Wawa every morning for coffee. Today I was craving a Blueberry muffin and stopped by Dunkin only to be given what looks like a burnt half of muffin. It was hard and I threw it away. Definitely have to get better on quality and hope not to continue to lose customers.
Service was very fast and food was good. The place was clean and will go back
Whoever made my medium Matcha iced latte this morning deserves a raise. Thank you.
