Service is fine the coffee semi decent. But the food? Horrendous at every Dunkin! $1.25 per donut all of them the WORST ingredients and taste like crap and tiny. Downhill for sure! Plus they made the points tiering more expensive. I’m done.

The quality of the food has went down unfortunately. Dunkin’ used to be my favorite and would frequent daily on my way to work but after so many inconsistencies I gave up and started going to Wawa every morning for coffee. Today I was craving a Blueberry muffin and stopped by Dunkin only to be given what looks like a burnt half of muffin. It was hard and I threw it away. Definitely have to get better on quality and hope not to continue to lose customers.
