Food was decent but the lady was annoyed when i said i didnt know what was in the “dunkalatte” (i dont go here often) and then didnt come to the first window for 6 minutes so we pulled to the second window since nobody came to the window and then they served the person behind us and then we waited another 5 minutes for them to serve us at the front window. Finally got our food and drinks after 7 more minutes. Only 2 items. Horrible service please never come to this dunkin donuts
Every car in the drive thru had a mobile order but was told to wait up to 10 minutes per car before anyone would speak to them. When anyone does talk, it’s always a rude interaction
If I could give them -10000 stars I would. I swear to God this was the most infuriating experience in my life. Only three cars in front of me in the drive through and it took OVER TWENTY MINUTES to get two coffees. Just two coffees. That's it. And when I finally get to the window, no one comes. So, I'm just watching the the girls in there acting like they are literally getting paid to move as slowly as possible. We stopped in today after lunch for a frozen coffee and Vanessa took our order, prepared our drinks, and got our donuts everything was perfect and she was kind! Vanessa deserves
I know this location is in a busy area but any time I have given it a shot they take minimum 15 minutes to get my coffee to me. I also always mobile order so it skips the paying process and the order taking and it still takes forever to get a drink from this location. Again I know places get busy but there also just seems to be no sense of urgency to get their line down
