This is a clean, modern Dunkin that has really improved lately. I had a great experience with a staff member named Damian; he was professional, friendly, and helped me navigate the menu since I was looking for something new. His suggestions were excellent. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area.
I can’t even understand with all the employees inside that they can be so slow and so incompetent. I don’t understand how each day a coffee can taste so different from the other day. And when you complain that it’s been over 20 minutes for your order to come out, they get mad at us customers for their lack of skilled employees
This Dunkin is the reason I quit drinking coffee cold turkey. The donuts are good tho, but I really only go for 1 spider donut a year now (maybe)
World’s slowest Dunkin. No customers at the location but it takes 15 minutes to take my order and another 10 to receive it. Personally, I’d fire every single person that works here and try again. Also, would it kill them to pretend to smile and be friendly?
