The lady who acts like the manager leshonda. Snapped at me because I was telling the young girl how to fill the box and not to burn herself. And this person absolutely snapped on us. Don’t tell her how to do her job. We simply said we didn’t want her to burn herself. The insults wouldn’t stop. I asked for my money back and she said she didn’t care she doesn’t work there . What ? I hope the owner sees this. This is why they have a 2.8 review. I told her that and she said she didn’t care.
It should not take 30 minutes to get through a line of 3 cars. Constantly. Just for my food to be cold when I get it
This store constantly has a long wait and rude shift leaders/management. I’ve lived over in this area for 2 years and they’ve had these issues the entire time I’ve lived here. For the volume this store does their District Manager should be giving it some serious help. Go to the two Starbucks less than a quarter mile from here and save yourself the frustration.
