The owner Maria is very Nice. The food is very good, and sometimes it will be a little bit of a wait but normally It's a Good place.
Staff is usually helpful, cheerful and attentive. Food is good and drinks are great. Can be busy throughout the day but they are worth it. Give them a chance.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The attitude of the employees are out of this world and I was told that there were no managers around for me to complain to.
Usually a good experience at this Dunkin, but recently there's been this lady working there (I assume a manager or supervisor) constantly yelling at the employees about stuff. Doesn't provide a very positive environment for the customers, big mood kill. Will probably go to the other Dunkins instead more often. (Tho the employees at this Dunkin are always very friendly and have good customer service.)
