The is the worst Dunkin in the area. I tried multiple times over the years to give this location a chance but each time they let me down. If you go here be prepared to wait for over 30 mins in the drive thru, receive cold coffee and food and deal with employees who aren’t friendly or apologetic and are usually sitting on their phone at the window.

I stop at this Dunkin’ frequently, and I have to say the morning staff during the week is absolutely incredible. They are always friendly, quick, and efficient truly a well-coordinated team that makes mornings easier. One staff member in particular deserves special recognition: Elizabeth (#680147). The ‘manager’ has no idea how to handle customers, or what the meaning of good customer service is. I do not recommend this location. The workers look confused and the lines move at the pace of a snail. I’ve been given the wrong drink, muffin, no straw, etc multiple times recently.
