Food is fine although the order itself is usually wrong. What absolutely brings this place down is the service. Have given this place a few tries and every time, each staff member has been rude or careless. No greeting, no hello. they just throw the food at you. You even say thank you and they don’t respond.
Come here every morning work in the area & the morning crew is rude and unprofessional. There’s two of them that actually have a personality Gina & the kid with red hair. They’re the only ones with great customer care. The morning crew is horrible with customer service. Great to treat a regular customer
Employee doesn’t want to pass the food out the window because he’s gonna get cold with his mittens on Sandwich was asked to be extra toasted and there’s a cold piece of cheese on it This location just lost $5000 a year. I will not be back. I go all the time.
