Placed a mobile order for an iced coffee at 4:45 pm and waited in the drive thru line for 18 minutes. There were 3 cars ahead. Asked what was going on when I finally got to window and girl said they were short staffed. Where’s the manager???
Poorly run, consistently gets orders wrong.
I go to Dunkin everywhere but this location has the weakest coffee. Tastes like hot water!
