I want to make a point that the service here is always friendly, especially the lady who manages the drive-thru ordering. Normally I just order coffee and it's fine. But today I actually ordered a bagel with butter. The bagel was hard as a rock and there was hair in the butter which is disgusting. I know this franchise doesn't respond to reviews here, but I really think Batista company should reevaluate how they manage their inventory in terms of cleanliness and freshness of product.
Besides the rude staff, this location will nickle and dime you for an ice water just FYI

Had really bad experiences here. Ordered a frappe and the ice was melted, the milk was warm, the drink tasted funny and on top of that gave me severe stomach cramps. As if they were letting it sit there for hours. The employees are very rude as well. Saddest excuse of a bagel I have ever seen this shit was $3 by the way. If I were working in any restaurant and saw a bagel that looked like this or anything I would have just throwned it away and not given it to a customer. This is insane LOL
