This place is consistently disappointing. After years of experiencing this quality, I finally had to review today because I waited for 42 minutes in the drive-thru for a coffee. I got wedged between two cars so couldn’t even decide to pull around to go inside. When I got to the window, I saw one employee smoking on the sidewalk (which wafted into my car as secondhand smoke), three employees inside, and two customers inside.
