One star because they cut the hours of their best employee! I started coming here as a regular recently. Kiersten is the sweet, accurate, informative, and so much more. Losing her is a huge blow to this location. Good customer service and hard workers are difficult to find and she checked every box. Now this wife and mom of 3 has to drive to Peter’s to their Dunkin’ as she was transferred there. Any other time I’ve been waited on by anyone at another location, it’s never the same. My avocado toast was very burnt and there was barely any sweetener in my coffee even though I asked for extra. Not impressed at all.
