I had a great experience at my local Dunkin’ Donuts! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and quick service. The staff was patient, attentive, and made sure my order was exactly right. Even during a busy rush, they kept things moving efficiently without sacrificing quality. Went in, place was dirty, ESPECIALLY the bathroom. Like should be shutdown dirty. How clean you think the food area is??? Visit from May....I can't add the photos, only allowed 2 months back on here. Disgusting sink, toilet, floor. Rubber cleaning glove on the floor, for instance.

The service is mediocre....The attitude of the worker who makes the orders is disgustingly rude. BUT the cleanliness is totally disgusting.....The floor looks like it hasn't been mopped in a year....my feet were actually sticking to the floor....crumbs on tables....management must not care.
