By far one of my WORST experiences at a Dunkin’ and I hate to say it cause I come here darn near 4 times a week and EVERY TIME I come here my order is wrong I order on the app cause my order be confusing sometimes so I give them grace but 4 TIMES IN A ROW??? Where is management?
I love this location!! The atmosphere and place was well clean. It was a light skin complexion young man that cooks the food and he was so polite and welcoming. He also made our food fresh. It was delicious! I would definitely come back to this store!!
when we first walked in, there was an old man stand at the cash register busy with his phone and even didnt greet us or say something after some minutes. i was like waited for him until he said something to us. we took a while to think what we wanted, and decided to get half dozen of donuts. he didnt know how to put in the order then suddenly a young lady came to help us. but while i talked to that lady, that old man started to put the donuts in a box without asked me what i wanted and i saw him touching every single donuts ... read more
The manager and workers are always so rude and make the drinks so poorly. I go here for convenience and now I’ll take the longer drive to go to another one… My drink was made incorrectly, I requested it be made correctly and was cut off mid sentence for them to tell me my own drink incorrectly, overcharge me, snatch my drink from my hand, and still make my remake drink wrong.
