Everytime, which is almost everyday, I come I order ahead, the same order everytime. I never get it correct and still have to wait. Today I sat and waited in line (empty line) for 30 minutes and was brought a foam only drink. Sent it back twice to a rude employee who was continuously rolling his eyes at me for nothing about the drink to change. So fed up.
Starbucks would NEVER!!!!! Repeated my order multiple times and somehow it still ends up being incorrect despite me waiting more than 15 minutes and then being asked to pull down.
We stopped by to get 6 donuts after church and waited over 45 minutes to get them. The girls behind the counter just ignored us when we asked politely if they could simply put the donuts in the box for us. I cannot comprehend how much someone must hate their job to ignore 4 crying children and make us wait for no reason. We will never be going back.
