We stopped by to get 6 donuts after church and waited over 45 minutes to get them. The girls behind the counter just ignored us when we asked politely if they could simply put the donuts in the box for us. I cannot comprehend how much someone must hate their job to ignore 4 crying children and make us wait for no reason. We will never be going back.
This used to be my favorite dunkin and I would come almost every day. I went through the drive thru today and 2 girls were yelling at eachother to “shut up!!” and were giggling instead of helping us. I wanted to scan my app and she didn’t understand I guess so she got her coworker (the other girl) to help and she literally slapped her butt. Then they had to scan my app and my card doesn’t tap, so I had to insert my card and she was holding out the pinpad while turned around talking and giggling. I love Dunkin
Poor customer service. Both ladies were very rude. Told me to pull up to the front to get my order. I realized I was missing food. Went inside to ask for my food and the lady grab the bag and slid it on the counter. Did not get handed to me. Overall bad service and atmosphere!
