I was told I could not receive a fresh pumpkin donut from the back. So I did not order at all! And came from Virginia! So disappointed…
Service in this one is usually hit or miss, but this weekend was the absolute worst that I’ve experienced and will not be back. A lady who appeared to be a manager was extremely rude, not quite yelling but getting very loud, to the lady in line before me. Went to Dunkin donut in Berlin Md at 7:45 and they don't close until 8:00pm saw the worker in there playing on their cell phone and they wouldn't acknowledge us.
