Worst breakfast I’ve had in years. Ordered delivery. They completely forgot one of the five bagels so one family member didn’t even have breakfast. The four other bagels barely had any cream cheese with the majority of the bagel being dry and chewy. None were toasted though it was requested. Hash browns were unchewable like they were reheated two times. Poor quality, poor attention to detail. This branch sold me off from buying breakfast from any Dunkin’ ever again.
This is the most incompetent location in Charlottesville. I have tried to order the same drink for months and get told they dont have "the stuff" to make it mind you its a coffee drink! So who is the GM who lacks the basic management skills and common sense to order your products?!! Its a complete waste of time going to this location cause chances are they wont have it to make it anyway!!
The customer service as well as the quality of the coffee you’re served is lacking extremely at this location. It is normal for the workers to lock the doors and stop taking drive through orders 20 minutes before they are supposed to.
Really good iced coffee! And they have a nice pup cup that included a tiny doughnut ball. My pup loves it, thank you!!
