I ordered in the app. I went in. I was told my item is out of stock - then why was I able to order it in the app? Mark it out of stock in your system so that it’s not able to be ordered in the app. To make matters worse they’re unable to refund mobile orders in-store so I had to submit a web form and now I’ll have to remember to follow up on it. Horrible customer experience. Also, some of the photos in this listing are of a different Dunkin location.
Staff is extremely rude. Phones don't work. Extremely unprofessional.
, I didn’t appreciate the service because I ordered and had people come after me four people. They moved them first and I had to wait to be the last then they will tell me that my order will take more than 30 seconds which makes no sense and you’ll see that they get free stuff to customers in front of you. Why are you waiting for over 10 minutes
