Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Everything is already cooked and just needs to be put together. YEY my sandwich was still burned. The egg looked like it was overcooked before being added to the sandwich. Most of the sandwich went in the trash though i needed to eat in order to take my medication. The hashbrowns were burnt as well. Someone owes me $9.90. Also they don't have combos. You have to get a bacon sandwich for it to be a combo, otherwise it's a la cart. Overall Terrible experience. What kind of Dunkin Donuts doesn’t have butter for their bagels. Fail.
Great place and super nice people, i had one issue with a cold coffee but i think the person was new its been great every other time. The manager here is an amazing person.
The first couple times it was great. Service was good, but the food wasn't the best, i asked for heavy cream cheese on one bagle and light cream cheese on the other, well there was almost NO cream cheese on both of them. I asked for it on the side but for some reason this one doesn't do the single serve cups. I was reluctant to go back in after the day before i got a doughnut with fingers poked through the icing, and through to the filling.
