GREAT customer service. Came here for the Sabrina Carpenter cup, left with a smile. 3 employees working - all with wonderful attitudes. Raises in order! $$$
Donut very dry
I’ve been coming here since they first opened and it was great at first, but now it sucks. The website says that the store opens at 5AM Mon-SUN, and the app will even let you order at 5AM, but when you get there no one is there to make your order. The lights aren’t even on! I’ve had this happen MULTIPLE times. One time I tried to order at 5:50 in the morning and the worker was standing outside talking to her boyfriend or someone and told me they didn’t open until 6. They are very slow and this is not the first time. Every day in the morning it is slow. You order and wait half an hour for a cup of coffee.
