We LOVE dunkin!
I’ve given this Dunkin way too many chances. Almost every visit there’s an issue — wrong cup size, missing cream or sugar, or the wrong donut entirely. It’s basic stuff that shouldn’t be messed up this often. What’s worse is that when you politely correct them, the staff acts offended, like you are the problem. I’m not asking for anything extra — just the order I paid for. Consistency and customer service are clearly lacking here.
