Me and my brother have gone here a couple days in a row, it was decent not the best I did get food poisoning but still worth going, me and him had gone today and was given the WORST customer service, like totally unacceptable the girl was dismissive and didn’t even letting my brother finish our order and then proceeded to yell at him about not doing her job properly, when we called we asked for a manager and was told none was there and when they asked what was wrong got dismissed with an “ok” by the same person who yelled. Terrible worst Dunkin in the whole Area. Employees not wearing uniforms, Food is always burnt, and when i ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant today.. they gave me a sausage egg and cheese croissant. They don’t listen and I had to wait in the drive through for almost 10 minutes when nobody was getting food in side the store.
Did a Mobil order. Wasn’t ready which is fine. Received order and left. Coffee lukewarm, hash browns cold, sausage cold. Already on highway so not able to go back. Also, thumbs down on Mobil app which leaves no place to leave a review.
