Typically i love this dunks, come here and staff are always so friendly but latley its been very bad service, many days j have placed an online order and spent 30min waiting in the drivethrough. Very disappointed
This place only cares about the drive thru. The service is awful I waited 20 minutes for a hot chocolate and one donut that they placed frosting side down im not sure what's going on in this place it was my favorite dunks now I avoid it if at all possible we'll I was waiting two people waiting for service behind me in line got mad and left the attitude of the workers is awful they aren't nice they don't smile they act put out this is the last time that I will go to this dunks its beyond aggravating
I ordered several lattes, but when I got home I found that they were only half full.
I'd like to begin this comment by apologizing because today, November 16th, my boyfriend had a meltdown at the drive-thru and was rude to the staff. He is gifted, autistic, and has ADHD, and because of this, if his medication isn't taken on time or if simple things are out of routine, he unfortunately loses control and needs time to calm down. However, he goes to the same place every day, and several times his orders have been wrong, he gets home and things are missing, the prices are incorrect, or the waiting time is absurd... read more
