Genuinely the worst dunkin in the area, from the service to the food. Would definitely avoid and go to a different dunkin.
It is so disappointing that Jackson does not have one decent Dunkin. I stopped going to this one very long ago because it was always a terrible experience. Today I went in just for an order of hash browns figuring how bad can they mess that up. Turns out, pretty bad. I don't think I've ever left a review in my life.
