Try another Dunkin'. I went through the drive-thru twice when there were either no cars or only one car at the window. After waiting more than 10 minutes both times without anyone taking my order, I drove off and went to another Dunkin'. That's what I'd recommend doing.
It's a dunkin! But it's a good dunkin'. They have a drive through as well as walk in service, and there is plenty of parking in a strip mall parking lot. Service is always good here. They seem to always have everything I order as well, unlike several other locations in the area.
If your in the area, good just to stop for a quick snack or drink. Nothing too special about this specific location. Usually takes a little longer because there's 1-3 people on duty. Food is usually cold or not make properly.
What a joke of a dunkin!! Had to wait in line for 20+ Minutes for a bagel and a coffee, then when I complained about it the so called “manager” walked up to me and told me to stop crying?? never going to this dunkin ever again!!! not until the day I die!!!
I go here everyday. I just looks at all the other reviews because the manager Patty is usually alone and handling 5 things at once from drive thru to counter to Mobile orders and etc. They remodeled the inside, it’s clean, well cleaned actually. And Patty is a SUPERHERO. Some of her help helps good but others look like they don’t know how to tie their shoes. Foods always good and coffee is always great I only go here now honestly!
