the male running the window was amazing. but the long red headed girl with a braid in her hair was very rude !!!!!!! she was really snobby acting when she brought me my refresher . I spend money almost daily with you guys and I am a gm.for many years you do not act like that towards your customers
Weak Carmel macchiato. weak drinks compared to other Dunkin’s. Even when I get an extra shot of espresso to compensate, Which I shouldn’t have to. That’s why I choose to go to one in Hickory across from checkers, I’ve literally bought one in Bethlehem and then drove to the other Dunkin in 2 miles away in Hickory, It’s two different drinks. I’d rather choose to drive 4 miles down the road than 400 yards up the hill to get what I pay for. $7.15 for milk - water - light espresso
Ordered Bavarian Cream donuts, and even after being assured that the donuts in the tray were labeled correctly, they were actually Vanilla Cream (like cake icing) filled. Was previously disappointed at the same shop with Lemon-filled instead of Bavarian Cream filled that I ordered. Poor Quality Control at this location. Can't recommend.
