I recently became a regular here at this dunkin location . Back when I lived in Tucson I was a regular there as well but I recently moved here to Nogales AZ . I enjoy getting matcha lattes at Dunkin . I always order the exact same thing everytime I go . Never had any issues in Tucson locations. I ordered a few times had no issues and quickly because a regular.. one of the young ladies started saying they can’t fill my large latte to the top if I get light ice . Kid have horrible customer service they have a pile of online order tickets and you get there and they have you waiting for your order. What the point of the online ordering. They give customers attitude like they are doing you a favor.
I like the breakfast items they offer, but the service is soooo slowww. Be ready to wait more than 10 minutes every single time (even if you order online beforehand)
The worst place ever. There is only one girl who does her job shes a younger girl slender built. Every other person and the guys are absolutely horrible. No lids for ice-creams stale donuts no receipts. Sometimes hostile towards customers. They have no skills no customer service seems like they are toddlers with no common sense. Can't give back change. Don't even know the menu. Have mo answers to simple questions. It's just sad.
Very poor customer service skills from a couple of the employees.. no social skills.. they look at you funny when you ask a question the food or coffee .. Idk i just felt like I was bothering them by just being a customer.
