I had came through the drive thru and Girl with Purple and rainbow ish hair.was very rude I asked three times for extra sugar packet she ignored me twice then Said if I’m being so rude go to another Dunkin this morning around 11 am and this Dunkin is close I go almost every morning I shouldn’t have this problem
New staff in the mornings over the past few weeks has been on a major decline. Longer than normal wait times, ringing up wrong items and now forgetting items from my order. Both dunkins in the area are terrible now.
I came in earlier today, their was an employee who was very rude and then gave me the wrong order entirely. When I tried to get it fixed, he just walked away and also he had headphones in. It was a lightskin young man with dreads.
This has to be the slowest dunkin I’ve ever been to. Not uncommon to wait 10 minutes in line for a black coffee. Don’t come here if you’re in a rush.
Didn't get part of my order don't know if the lady charged me or not. Food was ok
