Quick, courteous service
the only thing they’re consistent in is giving people the wrong order. every time i go i get the wrong thing. usually i dismiss it but i ordered a cold brew like i typically do because im allergic to their regular coffee and they gave me the regular coffee and i went anaphylactic. shout out to that employee! make sure you hire people who can read the labels
Have gone here many times and they always do the bagels wrong. They they burn the bagels and they put a tub of cream cheese on a single bagel. Today I went through the drive-thru and ordered a head. Got a sandwich instead of my bagel which happens on the regular. I went inside to hand them the incorrect sandwich. There was no response as they took the bag and turned around and walked away.
