I been coming to this location for 4 years, never had a bad experience until recently, it seem they have a new staff. On this day (which was my last day going to this location) I ask for a sandwich, and sweet ice tea, My tea was unsweetened, my sandwich was black and hard. I was so mad, I called them, they said I can come back, Sir I'm on my way to work, well whenever you return it's a free sandwich on us, I never returned, these young people play entity too much especially around food, I miss the old staff they had, since t... read more

What appears to be a recent management change has made this borderline Dunkin Donuts horrible. Morning of 2/9/26, bagel was literally like a rock with a very strange taste, pre-frozen and thawed donut was OK, iced coffee tasted very bitter. Lack of English skills from the order taker, couldn't even say "2 Dollars and Fifty-Five Cents", had to say "2-5-5". This experience shut it down for me. Be aware.

Worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. Took for ever to get a bagel and a cup of regular coffee going through the drive through. When I got it, coffee was cold and bagel nasty and dry.
