I’m pretty irritated! The other day I drove through and I asked for “the powdered donut with the WHITE (not yellow) icing-like cream filling”. I was totally talked down to by the dude in the drive through because I didn’t know it was called Vanilla Cream. He corrected me in a very condescending way. Asked for a large matcha latte. They misheard me and thought I said mocha. Then proceeded to gaslight me into saying I asked for mocha and it was my fault for the mistake. Then handed me the worst looking latte I have ever been served. Even if I said the wrong drink that is no excuse for poor customer service or for my drink to be made so poorly.
