I see reviews about this place from months ago and years and its still doing bad.. Please don't order bags from this dunkin it happens to me all the time where they don't even put in the effort to prepare creamchese in the bagel order even after asking to put extra creamchese on the bagel. Can't belive this is the only dunkin available in beacon.

The music absolutely ruins this place. This is the only Dunkin or any other food place I’ve ever been to that plays AI generated music. It’s the worst, stupidest, most God awful trash you’ll ever hear in your life. Because it’s AI the lyrics make no sense, it’s excruciating to listen to.
This is the closest dunkin to my house so I visit here frequently. Almost every time my order is messed up in some way or tastes genuinely horrible. My final straw today however was the rude arrogance of the employees, I usually order a refresher with green tea and I got given one with lemonade so I just asked if it could be remade and the employee SNATCHES the drink out of my hand, rolls her eyes and starts loudly talking over her headset about how annoying customers are.
