I stop at this location because its on my way to work. Most times bagels are never toasted, more like warmed in a microwave, but I get past it because 9/10 times the coffee is good... but today I am 99% sure there was soap or some sort of cleaning chemical in my iced coffee. Maybe from the ice machine ? Or where they store the ice ? I immediately threw it out at work.
Haven't gone there in a while because of their slow service! Decided to go back, nothing has changed! Still slow as Molasses there! Wake up people! How long does it take to get a cup of black coffee!
I’m extremely disappointed with this Dunkin’ Donuts location. I placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup, and didn’t realize until I got to work that my food was burnt beyond edible. The top of my avocado toast looked fine, but the entire bottom was completely black and burnt. Update 9/19/23. At first we thought it was the weekend crew. Drink orders weren’t tasting right, as if they weren’t made properly. Now, it’s spilling over into weekdays. Not sure what’s going on. If it keeps happening. I won’t be going here anymore! The fast food drive-thru curse. Just make sure you check your order, it’s almost guaranteed they will forget something.
