I was disappointed with my recent visit to Dunkin’. The food I received was not fresh and did not meet my expectations. The order was prepared incorrectly, and the quality was poor compared to the other places. I hope management reviews food quality and customer service so future customers have a better experience.
Need to work on making the coffee better and having better customer service, really bad attitude towards customers.
Absolutely garbage team working 4/10/26 at 1140am. Forgets half the order. Doesn't make the coffee correct. Not even stickers on the coffee to prove we ordered right and they made it wrong. Literally no one else in line or inside and they cant even serve a single customer correctly
